Assess & Correct
Okay, okay…this is recommend viewing not reading, but it’s damned important.
Assess and Correct is the first resource that empowers you with not only a series of self-assessments to identify your own flexibility and stability limitations, but also exercise progressions to correct those inefficiencies. In the process, you’ll take your athletic performance to a whole new level while preventing injuries from creeping up on you – whether you’re a high-level athlete or someone who sits at a desk too much.
Put together by training and rehab geniuses Eric Cressey, Bill Hartman and Mike Robertson, A&C is probably the single best product I’ve come across to help people learn how to prevent injuries before they happen.
I live this DVD. Absolutely a must have for ALL coaches and trainers, and a great addition for anyone who takes their training seriously.

The Hero Handbook
Nate Green’s second book, The Hero Handbook, is crash-course in building a badass body, getting your shit together, and living the life of your dreams.
Nate has put together sort of a “How-To” guide for young guys that covers everything from fitness to finances, and how to manage your life in a productive way. I really, truly enjoyed this.
