Lose Fat, Stay Strong!

This article at T-Nation covers what I call “strength circuits” for fat loss.  By rotatiing through exercises and setting up circuits, you will obviously increase your metabolic rate.  This is not new.  HOWEVER, keeping the weight heavy in order to avoid turning into a weakling while dieting is.

In this article, I detail ALL of the parameters necessary to design your own strength ciruit workouts, that way you can lose fat while you hold onto your strength and muscle mass.

AskMen.com: Tim Ferriss Interview

In my first piece over at AskMen.com, I interview Tim Ferriss, the author of the best-selling business/lifestyle book, the 4-Hour Workweek, and the new fitness best-seller, the 4-Hour Body.  Tim has been called everything from a “genius” and the “greatest self-promoter of all time” to a “fraud,” “charlatan” and the “white horse of the apocolypse.”  In this interview, I touch on all of these things, as well as his endless self-experimentation and how he feels this is relevant to the fitnss industry at large.
